Terms of Service

Welcome to Creelo ("Platform"). By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About the Platform

Creelo is an international marketplace that connects clients with verified AI video creators. We act as an intermediary and are not a party to the contract between clients and creators. We facilitate connections, manage payments, and ensure quality standards.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

2. Account Registration

To apply as a creator, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your work. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

3. Services for Clients

Clients submit project requests through the Platform's brief form. We select a suitable verified creator and coordinate the project from brief to final delivery.

All payments are processed through an escrow system: funds are held securely until the client approves the completed work. Refunds are available if the delivered work does not meet the agreed brief specifications.

We provide one free revision per project by default. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges agreed upon between parties.

4. Terms for Creators

By applying to the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide only truthful information about your skills, experience and portfolio
• Deliver projects on time and in accordance with the client's brief
• Not work directly with clients acquired through Creelo, bypassing the Platform, for a period of 24 months following the last joint project
• Keep client information and project details confidential
• Maintain professional standards of communication and quality

Violation of the non-circumvention clause will result in a penalty equal to three times the value of the bypassed project, with a minimum of $500 USD.

5. Commission and Payments

The Platform retains a commission from each completed project according to the following schedule: 25% for projects up to $200; 20% for $200–$1,000; 15% for $1,000–$5,000; 10–12% for projects above $5,000. Creator payouts are processed within 2–3 business days following client approval.

We accept payments via major payment systems. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of each party in their respective jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all rights to the created content transfer to the client unless otherwise specified in the project brief. Creators may use the work in their portfolio with prior written consent from the client.

The Creelo name, logo, and platform design are our exclusive property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not create, submit, or publish content that: violates applicable law; promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred; contains sexually explicit material; infringes third-party intellectual property rights; or constitutes fraud or misrepresentation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Creelo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the commission received on the specific project in dispute.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration.
